What is a Change Navigator Workshop

A Change Navigator Workshop is a Workshop where a small group of Executives and Business Owners have two-hour monthly meet-ups.

These Workshops are facilitated by a Cadtech Services Ltd Coach who guides the conversation – but the value of the Workshop is in the troubleshooting and different perspectives of fellow Executives and Business Owners towards Managing Change.

Like most Executives and Business Owners, you don’t have anyone to talk to about the struggles of managing change. And this would ultimately slow down your company’s change process. 

We created Change Navigator Workshops so you could join other like-minded persons who are looking for the same thing as you – Community

Who can join a Change Navigator Workshop?

Change Navigator Workshops are for Executives or Business owners whose organizations are experiencing digital change and who are willing to give and receive advice.

When do the Change Navigator Workshop begin?

When you sign up for a Workshop, you'll be given information on the exact date and time for when your group kicks off.

How many people are in each Change Navigator Workshop?

We keep the Workshop groups relatively small, around six to eight people in order to foster connections and ensure everyone has a chance to participate.

Who will be in my group of Change Navigator Workshop?

Executives and Business owners are placed in the workshop sessions based on several common factors, which include the business size, team size, and number of years in business leadership.

What type of industries are represented in the Change Navigator Workshop sessions?

Executives and Business owners from all industries can benefit from the workshop sessions, in construction, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, education etc.

Who will lead my Workshop session?

Change Navigator Workshops are led by our trained facilitators who are change management experts. They foster an environment where the group can share advice, accountability and support while guiding conversations through design thinking.

What happens during a Change Navigator Workshop session?

In a typical Change Navigator Workshop session, everyone shares a win from the past couple of weeks. Everyone also shares the challenges they are dealing with in their change process. Fellow Change Navigator members weigh in and offer perspectives, ideas and advice. The session wraps up with everyone sharing what they plan to work on over the next couple of weeks.

What about confidentiality?

When someone joins the Change Navigator Workshop, they agree to keep the information they hear in the sessions confidential -members take trust very seriously.

What if I don't like my group?

We always do our best to match members, but accasionally things don't work out as planned. We want you to have the best possible experience in your session. If you don't feel like your session group is the right fit, we'll certainly work on a solution for you.

Will we have the meet ups in person or virtually?

The Change Navigator Workshop meet ups are in person.
