We are seeking Document Digitization Assistants to support our digitization operations.

What You’ll Do.......
- Preparing Documents for scanning – Staple removal, sorting and organizing.
- Scanning of documents using high-speed digital scanners.
- Ensuring images meet the quality standard in terms of resolution, clarity and alignment.
- Renaming, organizing and uploading of digital documents using set structures.
- Performing quality checks for completeness and accuracy.
- Handling of confidential information with diligence and professionalism.
- Purpose for on-site digitization at the client’s site when needed.
- Maintaining daily work logs and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
Qualification
- Diploma in ICT, Information Management, Library science and other related fields.
- Basic computer skills and experience in Windows and PDF software.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and document handling would be a value add.
Working Conditions
- Involves long periods of computer use and scanning.
- Occasional lifting of boxes or files.
- May include on-site work at the client’s office.
- Safety, security and confidentiality protocols must be followed.
Compensation Structure
Remuneration is based on a daily rate determined per project.
