What You’ll Do.......

  • Own marketing and sales strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and test campaigns across channels (email, social, webinars, direct outreach).
  • Lead B2B prospecting efforts and build trust-based relationships with ideal customers.
  • Set up and optimize lead funnels, nurture flows, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to align message with experience.
  • Balance Marketing across the entire revenue pipeline, not just the top of the funnel.
  • Align the company’s messaging throughout the organization so everyone is saying the same thing to the customer.

Compensation Structure

Beginner Basic Pay: Ksh. 30,000/- to 40,000/- 

1% profit share quarterly.

Eligibility rule

  • Team member must have been with the company for 3 months.
  • Profit share is only paid out if the company is profitable. 

30-day Trial /Contract period.
